The first and most important thing you need to know about Shotgun Snowboards is that every board is HAND MADE right here in the USA. Each board is made to order and we only use the top quality materials for your board.
4 x 4 standard insert pattern
All our snowboards are manufactured using a vacuum sandwich construction. Although vacuum manufacturing is a slower process then machine pressed mass produced snowboards, vacuum manufacturing allows the best possible bonding process available.
Full wood core all the way to the side wall. Where other boards have a 4 (or more) piece sidewall/tip tail system, Shotgun has a continuous seamless full wood-core sidewall, giving our boards a unique look, performance and strength. Our continuous sidewall minimizes delamination and potential stress break points and maximizes overall ride performance. Don’t believe us? Ride one!!
